BISCO BF-1000 Extra Soft cellular silicone 

BISCO BF-1000 is a highly fire-resistant material, ideal for sealing external enclosures, protecting electronics from shock and high temperatures, and providing shock absorption and vibration isolation. The excellent memory and low stress relaxation of BF-1000 silicone from Rogers Corp reduces maintenance costs caused by compression and softening seal failures. Its added softness allows designers to use less force to seal the case while protecting devices from the environment. This material provides excellent vibration isolation in electronic components and transportation vehicles. BF-1000 is also ideal for environmental sealing to protect against dust, moisture, air or light penetration in outdoor enclosures such as light fixtures, HVAC equipment and electronic cabinets.
