What are "Puzzle" tiles?
The "Puzzle" tile system consists of interconnected 100% PVC boards, which can be used on both new and old substrates of various quality. These boards are produced by injection using modern energy-saving injection presses from materials that provide the boards with high wear resistance, chemical resistance and long-term stability.

The boards are widely used in production rooms, warehouses, garages, workshops, fitness centers, children's corners, shops, basements, laundries, car services, showrooms, offices, exhibitions, etc.
Easy installation, regardless of the substrate
The "Puzzle" floor is easy to install - the tools needed to install it are a rubber hammer and a trimming knife. Additionally, there is no need to prepare the surface in advance by graveling, and the boards do not require gluing.
A pleasant and colorful floor
"Puzzle" boards significantly dampen vibrations and footstep sound and act as a heat insulator. Therefore, moving and standing on "Puzzle" slabs is much more pleasant than, for example, concrete, ceramic tiles, etc. In addition, various color variants of the slabs allow you to let your imagination run wild and create interesting, unconventional patterns or, if necessary, create paths and routes, e.g. for forklifts.
Resistance and quality
The high resistance of the boards is due to the materials used in their production. The 7 mm thick "puzzle" is resistant to heavy and frequent loads, impacts (e.g. hammer), chemicals, etc.
In addition, the quality of "Puzzle" boards is guaranteed in accordance with European standards, especially EN 14014.
A floor that breathes - Air-Flow anti-humidity system
"Puzzle" boards have a unique system of drainage channels on the bottom side, which ensures moisture removal and prevents the problems of substrate moisture and mold formation.
Wear warranty for up to 12 years
We guarantee the wear resistance of our "Puzzle" boards for a period of up to twelve years from the date of production (see technical data sheet). The expected service life is 25 years if properly maintained.
Environmentally friendly product
In the production of "Puzzle" boards, mostly standardized recycled materials are used, especially from other production processes.
Moreover, at the end of the floor's life cycle, the slabs can be recycled and re-extruded, so the floor can be used for many years without further costs!
The floor can be dismantled, moved and easily repaired.
Individual "Puzzle" slabs or the entire floor can be dismantled and moved to another place, e.g. to a new rental. In case of damage, only one plate can be easily replaced, which drastically reduces the cost of long-term use.

"Puzzle" boards are produced on our own injection presses by a European manufacturer. Our flooring systems are already installed on an area of over 5,000,000 m2 all over the world.
